Pre-installed doors

A huge chunk of our business involves the manufacture of Smoothglide rolling doors which are produced and installed in our factory to suit the dimensions provided by you the customer. With these dimensions we are able to manufacture and actually pre-install the door, setting all motor directions and remote operators. We can then deliver the door to you in one piece, ready to fix to the wall.

Smoothglide insulated rolling door

• The Smoothglide rolling door is manufactured from a double-skin twin-walled aluminium slat which is then filled with CFC foam and powder coated. Because the door laths and side guide rail runners are all made from powder coated aluminium, they will not rust.
• Our doors come in  a wide range of attractive colours and styles including light oak, mahogany and rosewood wood grains to match uPVC windows.

How easy is the door to install?

• The Auto-dor Smoothglide rolling garage door, unlike some competitors offering similar products, is incredibly easy to install because the door has been assembled already in our factory. Essentially all you have to do is stand the door against the walls and fix securely. This door can be installed in 15 minutes.
• An installation guide will be supplied showing exactly where the door needs to be fixed. Our experienced team will always help you with any questions regarding installation. The only tool you will need to install this door is a hammer action drill/driver.
